Maintenance history
Record wheel cleaning, lubrication, gear repairs, decoder replacements and repeated problems. Patterns become much easier to see.
Operations value
A roster can feed car-card, waybill or switch-list systems and helps prevent duplicate road numbers when building a prototype-oriented fleet.
